Presentation of the Epirus XR Center's actions to a high school
On 24 November 2022, part of the Aneza Arta High School visited the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Ioannina, based in Arta.
The students of the school, with their accompanying teachers, visited the Epirus XR Center and the Human Computer Interaction Lab (HCI Lab).
A tour of the Center’s premises was conducted. The students were informed with special attention about the equipment of the center, which included: 3D Printers – Scanners, BCI devices, AR/VR glasses and much more. While afterwards they tried out application simulations using EEG Headset as well as virtual reality scenarios using Oculus Quest 2 devices.
In both cases, teachers and students were very enthusiastic.
