The Open XR Day at the Epirus XR Center was successfully completed on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 – Arta University Campus, bringing together students and interested parties who wanted to learn more about the world of Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality technologies.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to explore a range of modern XR applications, try out advanced equipment, and learn about the center’s research and educational activities.
For one hour, the Epirus XR Center was transformed into an open, interactive space for technological experiences that combined education, innovation, and creativity.

During Open XR Day, visitors participated in:

1️⃣Testing XR systems (VR/AR/MR)
2️⃣Using an advanced simulator
3️⃣Familiarizing themselves with motion tracking and sensors
4️⃣Presentations of applications and research projects
5️⃣An open discussion with the Epirus XR Center team

Students had the opportunity to experiment, ask questions, and meet the student team that supports the activities and projects of the Epirus XR Center. They showed particular interest in the possibilities of participating in future workshops, activities, and research projects.
