With the conclusion of the TryEngineering OnCampus at UOI – Arta Summer School 2026, we present the first video featuring highlights from this year’s event, which took place from July 6 to 11, 2026  at the facilities of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the University of Ioannina in Arta.

For six days, middle and high school students had the opportunity to learn about modern technologies, experiment, collaborate, and create through hands-on lessons and workshops focused on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, 3D Printing, and Augmented Reality.

The program also included afternoon workshops, talks by engineers and scientists, educational and recreational activities, as well as an educational visit to an industrial site. The event concluded with a closing ceremony and a presentation of the projects developed by the student teams throughout the week.

This first video captures the overall experience of the summer school: the joy of discovery, creativity, collaboration, new knowledge, and the beautiful moments shared by students, instructors, volunteers, and partners.

TryEngineering OnCampus at UOI – Arta Summer School took place for the third consecutive year, with the goal of bringing young people closer to science, technology, and engineering through a modern, participatory, and creative educational experience.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the students and their families, the instructors, the speakers, the workshop leaders, the volunteers, partner organizations, and supporters of the initiative, all of whom played a crucial role in making the event a success.
